Grilled Pizzas
Our grilled, thin crust pizzas are great for an
appetizer or a meal.
Chicken Alfredo Pizza 8
A perfect combination of onion, red
pepper, and chicken with our made from scratch alfredo
sauce. Mozzarella and feta cheeses round out this pizza.
The Royal Pizza 8
A chunky tomato sauce with onions, mushrooms, red
peppers, mozzarella cheese, and a locally produced
sausage.
Peppers! Pizza 8
A roasted red pepper sauce makes this pizza special.
Toppings include artichokes, red peppers, onions, and
mozzarella cheese plus pepper jack.
Salads
The Big Salad 7
Fresh vegetables and mixed greens with feta cheese, black
olives, and croutons. Add chicken for 3 or a tuna steak for 7.
Southwest Chicken Salad 8
A cajun marinated chicken breast with corn, black beans,
olives, Cheddar cheese, tomatoes, onions, tortilla chips,
and mixed greens. Served up best with our southwest
dressing.
Taco Salad 8
Seasoned ground beef with tomato, onion, black olives,
mixed greens, Cheddar cheese, tortilla chips, sour cream,
and salsa.
Grilled Steak Salad 11
Flame broiled onions, tomatoes, red peppers, and
mushrooms with a 5 oz sirloin on top of a bed of mixed
greens, sunflower seeds and our unique roasted red pepper
sauce.
Grilled Vegetable Salad 7
Flame broiled onions, tomatoes, red peppers, and
mushrooms with a warm, roasted red pepper sauce over a
bed of mixed greens and sunflower seeds.
Ginger Shrimp Salad 12
Four jumbo shrimp marinated in a light lime ginger sauce.
Grilled and served over vegetables and a bed of mixed
greens. Enjoy with our own carrot ginger dressing.
Dressing choices include: Parmesan Peppercorn,
Ranch, French, Bleu Cheese, Thousand Island,
Honey Mustard, Southwest , Raspberry Vinaigrette,
and Carrot Ginger.
Sandwiches and
Burgers
To make your meal complete, sandwiches can be
ordered with our popular curly fries for 2 extra or a
healthy side salad for 3. Any sandwich can be
made into a wrap for no additional charge.
Hamburger 4
Always a favorite, a 1/3 lb burger served with onion,
tomato, and lettuce.
Cheeseburger 4.5
Our hamburger with your choice of Cheddar or swiss,
served with onion, tomato, and lettuce.
Double Cheeseburger 6.5
Two 1/3 lb patties make up this burger that you'll need 2
hands to eat! Choice of Cheddar or swiss and topped with
onion, tomato, and lettuce.
Mushroom Swiss Burger 5
Our 1/3 lb hamburger piled with mushrooms and swiss
cheese. You might need a fork and knife for this one!
Blue Cheese Burger 5
Our 1/3 lb burger topped with Bleu cheese, served with
onion, tomato and lettuce with our garlic sauce on the bun.
Steak Sandwich 7
A 5 oz sirloin grilled and served with onion rings on top and
our garlic sauce.
Veggie Burger 5
A gourmet vegetarian patty topped with grilled
vegetables and our garlic sauce, all on a bun.
Southwest Veggie Wrap 5
A grilled tortilla wrapped around corn, black beans, onions,
tomatoes, black olives, mixed greens, and Southwest
Dressing.

A marinated then flame broiled chicken breast served with
tomato and lettuce.
Grilled Cajun Chicken Wrap 5.5
A marinated grilled cajun chicken breast with onion,
tomato, and lettuce with our own Southwest dressing.
Reuben Sandwich 5.5
Using locally raised meat, this Reuben
sandwich is a great traditional treat! Made
with marble rye, thinly sliced corned beef
layered with sauerkraut and our homemade thousand
island dressing.
Deep Fried Cod 5
A hand battered and deep fried Cod fillet on a bun with
homemade tartar sauce.
Dinner Entrees
These entrees are available after 5 PM Tuesday
through Saturday. Included with these dinners:
fresh bread served with honey butter, choice of
soup or salad, and choice of potato: baked
potato, twice baked potato, hash browns,
American fries, or curly fries.
Roasted Chicken 11
A half chicken, slowly roasted until juicy and tender. Can be
ordered with BBQ sauce as well.
Chicken Breast Dinner 11
Tender chicken breasts, marinated in Italian seasonings and
char-broiled to a bring out the flavor.
10 oz Sirloin 14
A Black Angus Sirloin, full of flavor and char-broiled to your
liking. Served with our famous au jus on the side.
Steak and Shrimp 19
A 10 oz Black Angus Sirloin and three of our
jumbo shrimp, baked or deep fried. Served
with shrimp sauce and au jus. A perfect
combination of surf and turf, great anytime!
8 oz Tenderloin 19
Black Angus Tenderloin, the most tender and leanest meat.
Char-broiled to meet you highest expectations. As always,
served with our famous au jus. Sauteed onions add 1

Pasta

Hook's World Famous Cheese is used to create this
gourmet meal! Baked with extra cheese and croutons on
top.
Pasta Royale 8
Sun dried tomatoes, broccoli, kalamata olives and garlic
are pan fried in extra virgin olive oil then tossed with
fettucini noodle for a light dish that is full of flavor!
Shrimp and Pasta 12
Four Jumbo shrimp tossed with angel hair pasta.
A marinara sauce completes this dish.
Deep Fried Ravioli 12
Smoked Chicken stuffed ravioli that is lightly battered with
pecans and parmesan cheese, deep fried and drizzled with
alfredo sauce. Garnished with steamed broccoli.
Seafood
Deep Fried Cod 11
Three pieces of cod, hand battered and deep fried for a
light crispy outside and a tender, juicy inside.
Baked Cod 11
Cod fillets, baked in a lemon wine sauce, very tender and
juicy.
Lemon Pepper Tilapia 14
A mild white fish fillet. Baked in a lemon wine sauce and
topped with lemon pepper seasoned bread crumbs.
Deep Fried or Baked Shrimp 16
Five jumbo shrimp, hand battered and deep fried or baked
unbreaded. Both ways served with a traditional shrimp
sauce.
Coconut Deep Fried Shrimp 17
Our chef's classic dish! Five jumbo shrimp, hand battered
and deep fried with a coconut breading. A Dijon apricot
sauce accompanies the shrimp.
Walleye: Deep Fried or Baked 15
A Walleye fillet with a light cornmeal breading for the deep
fried or baked unbreaded. Two ways to enjoy a Wisconsin
favorite.
Grilled Tuna Steak 16
An Italian marinated tuna steak; can be grilled how you like
it. Order it as one of our dinners or special on top of a big
salad for a light change of pace!
Desserts
Figgy Hobbin 3.5
A Cornish dessert where pie
crust is rolled with raisins and
walnuts with brown sugar and
butter. It comes with a scoop
of ice cream and our own
caramel sauce drizzled over
